Publisher Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of Adjoin as a publisher.
2. Revenue share — 70%
You receive 70% of the net advertising revenue attributable to your inventory. This share
is fixed. It does not change if your traffic arrives through a partner platform, an agency, or
a white-labelled deployment of Adjoin; partner compensation is paid out of our 30%, never out
of yours. In white-label arrangements the publisher share is contractually floored at 60%.
3. What we promise you
- Filtered bot clicks are disclosed to you, not hidden. If your earnings drop, you will be
able to see why.
- You control ad quality. You may block categories, specific domains, and named
competitors, and your blocks are enforced at auction time.
- Analytics stay free even if you turn ads off. The SDK's aggregate analytics are not
conditional on running advertising.
- Fill rate. When no paid demand matches, we fall back to cross-promotion, house ads, or a
network you nominate. A slot that cannot be filled collapses rather than showing an empty box.
4. Payouts
The minimum payout is US$20. Earnings pass through a clearing period of up to 14 days so
that conversion verification and chargebacks can settle. Cleared balances are paid monthly to
your verified payout method.
5. Your obligations
Traffic must be genuine. Automated traffic, incentivised clicks, and undisclosed paid traffic
are grounds for withholding payment on the affected period and, on repetition, termination.
You must not click your own ads.
6. Ad disclosure
Ads served through Adjoin carry an "Ad" label. You may not remove or obscure it.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. On termination we pay all cleared balances in the next
payout cycle regardless of the $20 minimum.
