1. Who we are

Adjoin ("we") operates an advertising network at adjoin.dev. Contact: [email protected].

We do not use third-party cookies. We do not collect names, email addresses, device

identifiers, advertising IDs, or precise location from the visitors of publisher sites.

We do not build cross-site profiles of individuals, and we do not sell data.

Contextual signals: the page title, headings, and topic of the page where an ad appears.
A short-lived visitor hash: an HMAC of IP address, user agent, and a salt that rotates

every 24 hours. It exists only to cap how often the same browser sees the same ad and to

detect automated traffic. It cannot be reversed and is deleted after 24 hours.

Aggregate counts: impressions, clicks, and conversions per placement and campaign.
Publisher-declared segment labels (optional): a text label such as trial_expired,

chosen by the publisher. No identifier accompanies it.

For advertisers and publishers who create an account we store an email address, an optional

OAuth provider identifier, and billing records. We do not store passwords.

Contextual advertising and fraud prevention rely on our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Account and billing data are processed to perform a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).

Visitor hashes: 24 hours. Raw event logs: 90 days. Aggregated statistics: indefinitely, in a

form that cannot identify an individual. Account and billing records: as required by law.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of account data, and you may

object to processing. Write to [email protected]; we respond within 30 days.

Cloudflare (edge delivery), Railway (application hosting and database), and Stripe (payments).

Each is bound by a data processing agreement.

Data may be processed in the United States and the European Union under Standard Contractual

Clauses.

We post changes here and update the date below. Material changes are announced to account

holders by email at least 14 days in advance.
